Summer Clinics

During this fun and focused 1-hour clinic, athletes will build confidence and strengthen their skills through drills designed to improve pullovers and back hip circles. Gymnasts in the Alexandrite and Ruby session will also work on developing double back hip circles, with individualized instruction to help each athlete progress at their own pace.

Spinel/Tanzanite/Topaz - 1:30pm-2:30pm

Alexandrite/Ruby - 2:30pm-3:30pm
