This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children ages 6 and up develop an understanding of the sport and gain foundational skills in a fun and encouraging way. Responsibilities include: Create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment Lead warm-ups, skill progressions, drills, and games Provide positive feedback and encouragement to gymnasts Assist with special events, showcases, or camps as needed Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and athletes
We are seeking an energetic, positive, and safety-focused Ninja Coach. This role involves encouraging athletes of all ages and skill levels, maintaining a safe training environment, and helping athletes improve confidence, coordination, and obstacle technique in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Responsibilities include: Teach and demonstrate proper obstacle techniques and movement skills Provide encouragement, motivation, and constructive feedback to athletes Set up, inspect, and maintain ninja obstacles and equipment Enforce gym rules, safety procedures, and facility policies Assist with beginner instruction and skill progression Monitor participant behavior and respond appropriately to incidents or emergencies Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests Support special events, competitions, camps, or birthday parties as needed
We are seeking a Pro Shop Staff Member who enjoys working with people and has an eye for organization and detail. This role involves assisting customers with purchases, keeping the shop stocked and inviting, and ensuring a smooth retail experience for our families. Responsibilities Include: Greet and assist customers in the pro shop with purchases Process transactions accurately and efficiently (cash and card handling) Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space Restock merchandise and manage inventory levels Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
