What is NinjaZone?
A program that will unleash your child’s inner ninja with high-energy training that fuses parkour, martial arts tricking, tumbling, and calisthenics; all in a safe, expertly supervised space. Designed for ages 3–12, NinjaZone builds strength, confidence, and grit through cool, challenging moves, and nonstop fun. There are 10 school-age levels that begin once your ninja is in the Beginner class. They are White to Yellow to Green to Blue to Purple, and each level gets progressively more difficult. So, the class expectations get more advanced
as well.
Class Expectations

Ninja Zone
Lil Ninja
Lil Ninjas is our NinjaZone class for ages 3–6. We channel kids’ energy into learning teamwork, following instructions, trying new movements, and building confidence, all while having fun! Class time is split into three, 15-minute sections. In each, first we practice skills and run an obstacle course, then we play. Free play is important so that ninjas can explore the space creatively.
Lil Ninja Character Creed
1. Line up and stand “Ninja Ready”
2. Stay with their group
3. Follow the line and complete each obstacle
4. Watch out for others and take turns
5. Play cooperatively and without harming others
6. Speak up using “magic words”
7. Try new things with a positive attitude
8. Help clean up after play
