Preschool Gymnastics
Along with basic tumbling skills, we focus on the following five areas of development: Balance & Strength, Fine Motor, Gross Motor, Cognitive, and Social Skills. It is our goal to grow each student in all of those areas without them even realizing it! We accomplish this by completely engrossing them in imagination and excitement from the time they walk through our doors, until the car ride home.

Recreational Gymnastics
This program is designed for girls ages 6 and up. Our goal is to teach gymnastics in a safe, supportive, and fun environment where every child feels encouraged to grow. We focus on building confidence, developing skills, and creating a strong foundation in gymnastics that will last for years to come. Most importantly, we want every student to leave class feeling proud, accomplished, and excited for their next lesson.

Competitive Gymnastics
Our gymnastics competition teams - Development Program and Xcel - are for athletes ready to take their skills to the next level. Team members train 4-20 hours each week to build strength, flexibility, and advanced skills while learning discipline, teamwork, and goal-setting. During the season, they represent Sapphire at competitions, showcasing their progress and celebrating achievements with their teammates.

Trampoline and Tumbling
Trampoline & Tumbling is all about big air and high-energy fun! Athletes bounce sky-high on the Euro Bed Trampoline, run and flip off the Double Mini with a big stick landing, and race down the Rod Floor connecting flip after flip in powerful tumbling passes. It’s exciting, fast-paced, and the perfect way for kids to build skills while having a blast!

Ninja Zone
To navigate any environment or obstacle course with smoothness, skill, and agility—using spins, rolls, flips, jumps, and kicks to outsmart challenges. Beyond physical skills, our curriculum also builds confidence, discipline, teamwork, and impulse control. It’s about more than movement - it’s about growing strong, capable, and self-assured.
