USAGymnastics - By Invitation Only
 
We offer competitive gymnastics at the Compulsory Levels (4,5, and 6) and Optional Levels (7,8+).  We have coached 31 Iowa State Individual Champions and many Invitational Individual Champions in just five short years!  Our girls train 12-16 hours per week and compete at many competitions in the Midwest. We are very proud of our girls and all their hard work.
